ABOUT NASHUA ZULULAND
21 years ago in August 1995, Nashua Zululand, formally a branch office of Nashua Durban, was split from the Durban holding group and sold as a fully-fledged Nashua franchise.
The business at that time being a branch office with no administration facilities and a small technical team, who relied on the support of Nashua Durban, numbered 16 and rented offices in Dollar Drive Richards Bay.
The business potential in the area was largely untapped but with with a locally based team concentrating on improving the customer experience at every level there was no doubt that the business could rapidly expand.
Realising this potential, Shane Webster, at that time the Regional Sales Manager of Nashua Durban, made the move to Zululand as the new Franchise Holder.
As expected the business expanded rapidly and within a year had taken all available space in their current building. Within 3 years the business had outgrown this space and plans were made for the design and investment in a custom made building. In 2000 Nashua Zululand very proudly moved into their own prominently placed building in the CBD.
During this period the staff compliment increased from the initial 16 staff to 55 and today the Nashua staff complement is in the region of 65, servicing the majority of corporate industry in the Zululand area.
Nashua Zululand recognised that the Office was its target market and the requirement business had for one service provider to service all their communication needs including Office Automation. In 2005 telecommunications was added to its product mix and they now boast their own ICT division servicing all sizes of business from the SOHO market to Corporates in every aspects of Office Automation and Telecommunications, VoIP, I.T. CCTV, Software Solutions, Document Management, Website Design and Social Media Marketing.
21 years later Nashua Zululand is well established as a service provider with a reputation second to none offering the highest level of service capability and the ability to provide business with the best possible solutions in all of their business communication needs. Nashua currently has a Level 3 BEE status and has recieved 110% procurement recognition.
